If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Damaged

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately to let us resolve the issue.

When contacting us, please include your order number and photos of the damage or fault.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. (60 days for purchases in the Christmas shopping period between 15th Nov – 20th Dec)

To be eligible for a return, you must obtain an RMA number.

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Products that have broken or damaged packaging may be subject to a restocking fee, (15% of purchase cost) to cover the cost of the packaging and labour.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.

Any faulty or damaged items will receive a full refund including return postages costs, subject to inspection and agreement upon return goods checking.
