Change or cancel an order
Once an order is placed it is not possible to make changes or cancel your order online.
To add additional items to your order, please place a new order for the products required.
If you need to change your order in any way or cancel it completely, please email our customer service team, clearly stating your order number.
If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
If your parcel has not arrived , please check the email we sent after your Order confirmation which is headed ‘Shipped Confirmation’. This will contain delivery details with a link which will enable you to track your parcel. If you have not received this email please check your junk mail/spam filter. If you have not received a Shipped confirmation and have waited more than 14 days for your parcel to arrive, please contact us using the support link below.
If your order arrives and the goods are damaged please follow our returns procedure
To cancel a purchase and obtain a refund you must obtain an RMA number before returning the product to us in the condition in which it was supplied and with all seals intact. For your protection, we recommend that you use a registered delivery service with insurance cover. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty on arrival (DOA).
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any product within seven working days of delivery. After contacting us within this 7-day period, we aim to process your refund within 30 days, which will be for the value of the product exclusive of delivery charges.
